The Finance Authority of Maine (FAME) will be seeking proposals from interested and qualified parties to engage an external partner to help establish a Technology Modernization Strategy for the agency. This is a “pre-announcement” of the RFP to enable potential partners to prepare and develop an understanding of the expected project background, scope, deliverables, evaluation criteria, and timeline related to the RFP so that vendors may determine if they possess the requisite qualifications and capabilities to deliver a competitive response before the formal RFP issuance.
